Oh no! I would be happy to assist! If you are unable to access the “My Account” or billing section of your account I suggest first trying on a different browser. If that does not work then I would suggest going to the “Contacts” tab of your account once you are logged in. Once you are there, you should see the person icon on the top right hand side of the page. Click on this and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu. You should be able to access your billing information on this page.
