Our friend and subscriber Barbara Chavez is no longer receiving our emails. We see that the code says "Email bounced as Suspended for Nov 10, 2017". While we have no clue why this is happening and we feel that it happens too often, we want to request that you reinstate this email and any other of our emails where this is happening. This subscriber specifically would like to resume receiving our emails immediately if possible.

We checked the email and it does not appear to be suspended any longer. It could have been on a temporary suspension and has since gone back to being active. Please let us know if it bounces again.

It is still bouncing. She also tried to re-submit her email address and the software distorted what she put in. Her name is Barbara and her email address is: Would appreciate your looking further into this as she is upset to be missing our messages.
Also, is there a way to sort for emails that are being bounced. This has happened to many of our subscribers over the years who do not understand why they suddenly stop receiving messages from us.
Finally, has this community email replaced what used to be a simple email where we could contact customer service? I have been unable to find that.

I have taken a deeper look into that contact within your account and I think I know what is happening. There are two records for that contact. One with the correct email address and another with “Barnton” added to the end. I would suggest deleting that second address. As for the first, I am seeing that there was still a block on our end. I have lifted that block. You should now be able to send to them without any issues.
The best way to see your bounced email addresses is to go to the “Reporting” tab. Here you will see all of the reporting history from your campaigns. Within these reports you will find the “Bounce Rate” column. You can go through this to capture all of your bounces on a campaign by campaign basis.
