Non active account

hi there,

my account has been inactive for a long time and when i logged in today to re-activate it it said that i could set up a new account. however, i was hoping to use the other account as my databases are in there and the originals have been lost.  so it is important to be able to reactive the account I had.

Is it possible??

Regards,

Marcus

Re: Non active account

Hello @MarcusM81 ,

Unfortunately by this point your account is considered dead since it's been in cancellation for so long. We can guarantee your data will be held for at least 120 days after cancellation. Beyond that, it's a matter of when the system is able to purge the contents of your account. We wouldn't have access to any of that account's previous data - such as contacts and emails.
