Sent in docs for this two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Now I have a big campaign ready to go and am blocked. Please let me know when I can subscribe and use your service!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look into your account and I found that you have a trial account still which has limited usage abilities. To use all of our services and send to your entire contact list you will want to pay for our services. You can do that on your My Account page located under your name up in the top right hand corner of your screen at any time! To start your non profit discount you will want to also give our Billing team a call first.
