Non profit

Good morning,

We have a had a non profit for those with Parkinsons for over 6 years now.  We are now reaching over 500 contacts.  The rates jump up.   We don't see where we are receiving any non profit benefits.  We have been happy with Constant Contact but am considering another source that allows more contacts.  Also, seem to be receiving a lot of spam sign ups.   Our non profit provides exercise classes for no charge to those with Parkinson's.  Since March our once 11 weekly live classes has changed to daily virtual.  We have a very small budget and rely on grants and donations.  Thank you so much for any insight.

Hello @KimberleyB748,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To receive non-profit benefits you will want to follow the steps listed here in this article, and you can speak with our billing department for more assistance with price as well. If you are receiving a lot of spam sign ups, you will want to put a Constant Contact sign up form on your website to prevent that from happening, as we do have a security check on our forms.
