Nonprofit Discount and Sales Tax Exemption Information

Hello,

Our organization is a subcommittee of a non-profit organization in Canada. It looks like the Canadian equivalent to the US 501(c)(3) form is a registered charity form. We are not a registered charity but we are a non-profit. I'm not interested in the tax exemption, but just the non-profit prepay discount. What Canadian form do I need to submit to show non-profit status?
