Many of my colleagues - myself included - are not receiving our messages from Constant Contact. Sometimes they come to Clutter or Spam, but for the past few months, they haven't gone to any of my mailboxes. Would love some clarification.
I apologize you're having this experience with your email campaigns! I can understand how important it is to receive these campaigns as you should. If you and your colleagues are not receiving campaigns and are using the same email domain, I would suggest whitelisting Constant Contact. We have also seen cases where emails can not be delivered due to content or even the subject line. Are you able to receive a blank test with an altered subject line?
