Not Receiving Test Emails

Hello,

 

I've been working on a campaign and have sent the test email to three email addresses, all of whom have not received the test. I've tried this multiple times, waiting a few hours in between, and still no luck. What can I do to remedy this?

When I try and send test emails there is no notication that the test email has been sent on the user's profile either. Also, I have tested sending an email to my hotmail address and I am not receiving the test email there either and it's not in my hotmail junk

I apologize you are not receiving your test emails! You mentioned you are not seeing a notification saying the test email has been sent, are you receiving any error messages instead? What browser are you working in? If you have not already, I would suggest testing in a different browser or a private/incognito window. I would also be happy to look into this further for you. Please email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, and the email addresses that you were trying to send test emails out to.
