This morning I setup an account...verified by email address, etc. I then went to design a logo as I was intending to develop a new website. Once I chose a logo, I tried to login to my account when I was told that my account was locked and I need to call you guys to get it released. Additionally my account was being billed - what account?? Needless to say I'm not too excited by my experience. I think I'll probably look elsewhere for a website and I'm left wondering if my experience is indicative of future experiences.
