Hello, I would like to file a complaint that I did not receive notification from the months of August-December that we our pricing plan was bumped up due to surpassing 10,000 contacts. We have never received monthly bills/invoices via email. we are on the prepay plan. I have reduced the number of contacts, so we are below 10,000. However, we would like to know if we can get refunded for the months of August-December because we not notified that there was an increase. We have worked with Constant Contact for many years and would hate to have to switch due to this sneaky business practice. Please advise.
I am so sorry for any confusion. Our pricing tiers are based on the amount of contacts in an account. We can't discuss your particular billing in the Community but I can send a case over to our Billing Team to review. They will follow up with you directly.
