Not receiving Test emails

I am in the trial phase...just started. I am trying to send myself a test email using the Preview/Send Test. I have sent it twice to both my personal gmail AND the email on file with my account. Nothing in Spam, Junk, Promotions, etc. No long URLs, etc etc. Very simple email with 4 images. No big characters, etc
