Not receiving emails from Constant Contact Forms

Client has a Wordpress site and is using the Constant Contact form plug-in. However, they are not receiving the email messages after forms are filled out and submitted online.

Hello @OAKRIDGE ,

 

For assistance regarding the Wordpress integration, we'd advise either calling general support and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team, or reaching out via the integration's support page on Wordpress.
