Thanks for reaching out in the Community. We're happy to help you with the page security issue you're having with your sign-up form. I'd like to ask you a few questions:
If you can provide the answers to the above two questions, we are more than happy to look in to the issue you are having and potentially provide some options.
Have a great day!
We use a button on our website that when pressed goes to your landing page (see below) and even though the address says https, when it actually goes to that address, Chrome has a red line through https and says not secure. In Firefox it says, not secure - image not secure but the image is on your https website. HELP.
The website the button is posted on is https://www.padesky.com/. The sign up button is a white envelope and is called CT eNotes (at bottom of page).
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm sorry you are getting the message at the top of your browser that this page is not secure. Unfortunately this can happen depending on the security program you have downloaded on your computer. If this is a work computer, I would suggest having your IT team check into this for you.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us here. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can!
i also have the same problem and it has nothing to do with a configuration issue on my browser. This is a vulnerability that has existed on these forms for years now. How can i add the SSL security on the surveys please.
We apologize the lack of a security encryption on the survey caused an issue. The current survey tool is older and does not have the capability to add SSL Security, but I reached out to our higher level technical team and developers to look into it. If you'd like we can notify when/if this ability gets added on!
Adelina i appreciate your response however i must say, and with all due respect, it is unacceptable that constant contact has allowed for this vulnerability to exist for so many years knowing full well that SSL security is no longer a luxury but a standard due to the high amount of attacks and information theft that exists online. Im sure that with constant contacts human and financial resources, yall can address this issue that seems minor but in reality is a huge inconvenience to both your customers and the future growth of your company. I appreciate the reply though and ill be waiting for a solution because i still dont have one. The fact that none of the information our potential clients fill out is safe is truly scary.
We do completely understand your feelings on this issue, and we are currently doing research on how to update our Survey tool so it can include all wanted features, like this one. You will be contacted with updates once we have them! Thank you so much for your feedback.
The New Survey is currently being released to customers, so you may not have access to it yet. If you would please provide your username, I can look into your account.
