My emails are not being send to the contacts.

Hi @katiem6110. Looking at your reporting, I see multiple campaigns being successfully sent without errors and I don't see any bounces so it's hard to say right off the bat why this could be happening without us knowing more. Could you provide us with more information or examples of contacts that are not receiving your emails? Do they have similar domains? Is the email landing in some place other than the inbox?

 

You may also wish to speak with Delivery as they can provide more specialized support. They will need some information such as answers to the questions above so they can provide faster assistance and better guidance.
