Not working well this week

I have come onsite to edit three campaigns and have had a lot of struggles with each. Currently I am trying to upload videos. It is not working and the videos won't load

Hi @SandraR869 , 

 

I do apologize that you are running into issues this week! Just to confirm, are you using the Insert Video option in the editor, and using either a video that is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo? We do currently only accept videos that are hosted on one of those two websites, and do not host video files ourselves. 

 

If you are using one of those two sites for your video links, what is the exact error message that you are receiving when inserting those links?
