Not working

For 3 weeks now your software is not working. It randomly won't save, it puts random font information on the template, it won't save, etc. This is very disconcerting. I want to communicate with my teams but am unable. Did you guys "down grade" your online software.

  • Have you tried using a different browser and is the issue still occuring in this browser?
  • Have you tried using either incognito or private mode?
  • Is this only happening in one campaign or others as well?
  • Did you copy this campaign from a previously sent campaign?
