Now I couldn't finish signing up, got stuck at Email Plan

I signed up with Constant Contact about a week ago. I thought it was completed. Then I tried to create my WP Form linking with newly Constant Contact, it was never be successful. I came back to Constant Contact website, tried to check my account setting. After I signed, the message showed that my account was deactivaited, which I didn't cancel, or did anything.

Everytime I signed up, it landed me at Email Plan, where I finished inputing all necessary information several time. Every time I processes further, I got frozen at that page...

Can you help this out? I got stuck with this simple step for a week, which didn't allow me to start my email marketing.
