I am facing same issue and I have to wait until tomorrow to call...you guys should give us an idea or a list of possible reasons, this is, in my opinion, bull**bleep** and I have started with TONIGHT! the thing is you people have my contacts, we should at least be able to get those, I will be telling everyone about this.
