For the past few months the amount of OPENS has dropped dramatically. We used to have 40-50% rate, but has now dropped to 3-5%. Does Constant Contact know why this would be happening? Thank you.

I would recommend speaking with our delivery team , as that dramatic of an open rate decrease screams delivery issues to me. One thing that I immediately noticed was that you have your own domain, so you may want (or need) to consider switching to self-authentication to ensure the best delivery.
