If I have less email addresses/contacts in my account than my plan, does the plan adjust automatically or do I have to call and adjust my plan?

Since Billing is based on the previous month's maximum number of contacts, it can take up to two months before the lower tier is reflected in your account. With that in mind, our Billing team may be able to work with you, if you can show that you haven't emailed to that maximum number of contacts within the past month.
