When I signed up I was expecting about $ a month. You have just billed me the absolute maximum email and email plus for 10,000 contacts. I can't afford that. Please downgrade and refund urgently. Note I have been trying to call Network Solutions but after half an hour my phone battery died. Their service is bad.

Although you have already spoken with our Billing support today I want to make sure our response was shared here in the Community as well. Two of the most common reasons why the pricing on an account would increase is uploading a large amount of contacts or even upgraded to our Email Plus plan. Not only this but your account was created and is being billed through a third-party program. Because of this you will need to contact this third-party directly for any further assistance with your billing. Due to account security we are unable to go into your account’s billing details through the Community. We are also unable to access the billing details on an account made through a third-party program.
