Obnoxious Text Format pop-up OBSCURES what I need to format.

Tremendous UX/USABILITY issues!

Is there any way to control where the incessant text pop-up is positioned? 

Why are my changes not retained?  I have to keep re-entering the same changes!!!

What's with CC adding a background highlight - after numerous attempts - I accidentally discovered that I have to swipe left to get rid of it?  Why should I have to do this at all?

Hello @JennaW87 ,

 

Are you using our mobile app to edit your email, or are you using the main website? If you're on a mobile device (such as a tablet or phone), I'd advise using the mobile app for editing your emails, since the website is predominantly built around desktop setup and functionality.
