According to your website, the items below are prohibited - however, there are users that are sending out emails using your system that send out content that violates the following policies:

 

Constant Contact Prohibited Content and Commerce Statement

In an effort to maintain the highest levels of email mail delivery and IP reputation, as well as to adhere to various state, federal, and international laws, Constant Contact prohibits the use of our websites or any of our products or services by any person or organization that:

  • Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about anyone without his or her consent, including children under 18 years of age without their parents' consent;
  • Provides or posts any material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable;
  • Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, or harassing activity;

The following email is sexist, inflamatory, hateful, harassing and libel. I request that this user be prohibited from using this system further.

I can understand your concern. Our Compliance team monitors emails for violations of prohibited content, however, if you ever receive an email that you believe violates our Terms of Service, you may always forward the email to abuse(at)constantcontact(dot)com so they may review it.
