Office 365 blocking outgoing emails

Hello.

 

We are trying to send emails with constant contact. I've reached out to support and they have verified our DNS configuration is good. We have added both the txt record and added the spf include.

 

Office 365 constantly blocks the emails due to 'policy'. We send emails like this with other vendors (knowbe4) and have no problems. What should we be looking at? SO far the help documentation is not helping.

If you've already confirmed everything is good on our end with the Deliverability team, then it's something that would need to be addressed regarding your internal email securities setups, or reach out to Microsoft for further troubleshooting and guidance.
