We updated the contact information for our society, but the original email address still seems to show up when creating emails. Any idea how to purge that from the system?
That's a great question! You do however have the option to remove this verified email address from your account. This is something you can do in the Verify Address section in your My Settings tab.
If the email address you wish to remove has a (C) or a (B) next to it, this means it's still set as the Contact (C) or Billing (B) contact for your account. In cases like this you would have to update your contact address or update the billing address before being able to delete it.
