We have a bunch of old newsletters which now display broken images.
For example,
Here's an image source which is broken:
Can Constant Contact redirect these links to the appropriate directory, or what would it take to fix these? There are many; I'm guessing the storage structure for old archives must have changed? Some photos on the old archives still work, however.
We appreciate any assistance you can provide, thanks.
Hello @SundogMedia ,
If the image as deleted from your Library, or was inserted via URL and then that URL was later deleted, there wouldn't be a way to change this, especially since the emails have already been sent.
Hi William,
No images have been deleted from the Library, but all of them are obviously sourced to a URL regardless. The URLs of the broken images are hosted at "ih . constantcontact . com..." - so something must have changed on Constant Contact's end for these to break.
The images that still work are hosted at "files . ctctcdn . com..."
Does the "ih . constantcontact . com" directory still exist for hosting users' images?
Hello @SundogMedia,
You may need to give us a call to see if we have any options for restoring your images in old newsletters.
