We are looking to add individuals to the stakeholder lists, however send introductory emails on a month-by-month basis to new registrants. Do you know if it is possible to add a segment that will only include email added during that specific timeframe? Or if we have to add them to a separate list, will the analytics stay on the back-end after the list is deleted.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! You can definitely create a segment based on a time frame:
1. Click segments> Create Segment
2. Give your segment a name (I always forget this part!)
3. In the Add a block section, click Choose a criteria block> Contact Details
4. Click the Select details dropdown and select Date Added
5. Next you can select in the last> and select between 7 days and 2 years
or you can select is between> select the date range
6. Click Save and Preview and you're set!
