Online Store Notification Emails

How are the online store notification emails triggered?  Are they automatically sent to the customer based on the status of the order?  Is this a manual process whereby I need to do something in order for a specific email to be sent to the customer i.e. order confirmation, shipping email, etc.


Please advise.

You can edit your online store emails from within the Website Builder system. The following email types are what's sent to customers:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping (for physical products)
  • Digital Fulfillment (for digital products)
  • Cancellation
  • Pickup (for physical products not being shipped)
