Hello, I have an online store set up and a customer contacted me about her order. She thought it might not have gone through, but wasn't sure why. I found the order, it was listed as "payment waiting". I'm not exactly sure how to tell her how to be able to "complete" the order. Any advice?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You may need to first reach out to whoever the payments are going through to see what may have happened. It sounds like your customer may have never selected the submit button at the end or something is wrong with their method of payment.
