Our open rates and CTR on our email campaigns had a stark drop last month. We didn't change anything, and our unsubscribe and spam rates are exceedingly low. Any ideas into what could have caused this? Thanks in advance!

It's possible the recent changes to combat security bot false opens and clicks will affect your open and click rates going forward. If you have any further concerns, we'd recommend speaking with our Deliverability team.
Hello Michelle, we had a similar problem earlier this year which it turned out was related to validation on the email domain. Effectively it needs to validate that Constant Contact can send as the domain, by changing this we restored our open rates overnight. This was flagged by the deliverability team though so they are probably the best place to start for an explanation, but this may be the cause.
