Open rate for an email

Is there a way to pull a report of people that don't open our emails? For example, a list of anyone that hasn't opened any email in 2021.

Hello @NMPTA ,

 

Yes, you can do this through segmentation via the Contact Activity option. You'll select the date range of emails you want, and did not opens as the type. You can then add these segments to a list, send an email directly to them, etc.

Thank you! I have been able to create the segment, but is there a way to do a mass delete of those contacts? There are no check boxes on the left like on other pages of contacts.

You'll need to add the contacts to a list, then navigate to the list, select-all the contacts, Actions > Delete
