An "individual" contact's open rate for a specific campaign would just be whether or not they opened the specific email whose reporting you're looking at. Otherwise, there isn't really any metric for a specific contact's open rate of all emails you've sent them.
You can view specific email campaigns' reporting pages by clicking their names after they've been sent out. If they had a scheduled, automatic resend, there will be separate data as part of that campaign's reporting.
