Opens tracking

Correct me if I'm wrong - but if a user's email client asks them to approve downloading images to protect their privacy - "opens" aren't tracked unless they do.


Is that correct?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That is one action that has to be done in order for an email to register as an open. It can be different for each email client though.
