Opt-In Confirmation Web Page Not Showing New Logo

Our company uses 'confirm opt-in/double opt-in' to verify new sign-ups and have recently updated to a new logo. When clicking the "confirm" link in the confirmation email, it re-directs to a Confirm Your Subscription page that shows our company's old logo. I've updated the logo under My Settings>Organization Information. How do I update the logo on the Confirm Your Subscription web page that people see after confirming opt-in?

Hello! Under that same my settings page, under "other" off to the right, there will be an option that says "Manage Contact Emails". You can edit the confirmed opt-in emails there. I would also check under basic landing pages in case you're referring to a landing page they're being redirected to. If you need help finding that page, follow steps 1-2 in this article.

Hello David - Thank you for your reply. I've reviewed the suggested locations and don't see the old logo. I found another company which reported the same issue and CC developers had to fix. Please review the response given by CC employee, Aaron:

Your account may be running into that rare, weird glitch as well. My recommendation would be to call into our support line, explain the situation, and they can connect with the higher level technical team to see if their back end workaround will work for you.

 

Otherwise, if you're unable to call in, please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username, a reference to this conversation, and the image you need your logo changed to (or the exact name of it in the Library). If you're using this method, please allow at least 4-5 business days for a turnaround from the higher level technical team.
