Opt out of tracking or changing email links to not include tracking

I receive several newsletters that are sent through Constant Contact. I don't want my views and clicks tracked, so I usually just delete the email without viewing and complain to the senders. Is there any way of opting out of this tracking either globally (either sent emails won't have URLs rewritten to rs6.net or any link sent through there will not be tracked) or to alter the link to disable tracking but allow the redirect to the real content?

Best,

Joe

Hi @JoeB0381

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.

That's a great question. The only way to opt out of tracking on these emails would be for the sender to select not to use tracking on the email. This would be global, not per contact so they would need to be willing to forfeit reporting and remove the tracking. I will absolutely provide your feedback to our product team for consideration. Please feel free to reach out should you need anything else.

Thank you and have a great day!

Thank you. It'd be nice if that could be added.

Huge issue with that advice Adrienne... How do you turn off tracking links if Constant Contact removed the option to disable tracking?
