Our account has been deactivated and I don't know why!


Our account has been deactivated and I don't know why!

HELP - I've tried calling the various help desk numbers BUT they don't open until 1pm in the UK and I need to get a newsletter out today! Is there any other way I can get some help with this please? Thank you!!


The Message:

'We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time.'


I've read through other messages about this and it seems it can only be resolved with a Constant Contact person and nothing I can do from this end.
