Our logo does not appear in our email

I sent out our first test email and the logo did not appear in our email.

Hello @NicoleS5585,

 

I went ahead and took a look at your account, and sent a test email to myself of your most recent campaign.  I was able to send a test to a few different email clients, and your logo image showed up in all of them.

 

Some email clients might not display any images at first, which requires you to click a prompt to download the images.  I would suggest looking for that 'download images' type button, or sending a test to more varied email clients to see if you can see that logo in others.
