I'm sorry that your login doesn't seem to be working when connecting the Outlook plugin. You're login information should be the same as what you use to login at contstantcontact.com. I'm having the same situation. I have now changed my username and password and restarted Outlook but I still cannot login because I get a response that the credentials are invalid.

I took a look at your account and can see our chat support was able to determine this was a defect you are currently experiencing. This team also suggested manually exporting your contacts from Outlook and importing this file into Constant Contact instead. I apologize for any inconvenience.
