Over billed

Hello - I prepaid my account on 2/13 and am still being told when logging in that the account prepay is almost out. But it just was replenished by $2,856.00 and a 2/18 invoice was charged against it. Please fix. Thanks - Bethany

meant to send to customer service and of course can't delete now once posted to whatever this is.
