PDF Email uploads but says I must contact customer support

My PDF Email that is attached won't upload as a template.  I would like to send this email with a link that they can click to join.  The below is a jpg, but the one I originally tried to upload is a .pdf and still won't work.

Hi @CrunchF. Do you remember seeing any error messages when uploading your pdf? Another way you can upload your PDF is to upload the PDF to the Library first and then insert the image into a new campaign. Let us know if this works for you.
