When Using the PDF to Email option, the pdf will not display in my email when I view it through outlook (even if I choose display images/ download pictures). If I make the document physically shorter, it will display properly. Is there a way to display the pdf correctly in the email, or does outlook require a specific length? The PDF that views correctly is 6.8"x20". Anything longer than 20" either cuts off portions or does not display at all.
NOTE: It displays in the outlook app and web page properly, just not the outlook desktop program. It also displays properly in other programs like gmail etc.
Hi @SarahM3571,
Thanks for joining us in the Community! We certainly understand why its helpful to understand how Outlook respond with your campaigns. Outlook uses an engine that has a 1728 pixel limit. For more information on this please click here. As a result, to avoid this from occurring it would be best to break up these PDFs into individual files or text blocks so the email isn't as lengthy.
