I apologize for any confusion there may have been about this tool. You are correct, our Import PDF to email tool will only convert the first page. The second page of your PDF is however visible through the Download Document button that was automatically added to the bottom of your email. Changing the second page to an image as well is not a feature we currently have. Instead I would suggest doing an internet search for a PDF to image converter.
