PDF won't load

I've tried dragging a PDF and also selecting it from my computer and get a message that says the format is wrong. This is not helpful and the FAQs don't help either.

Hello @KristenJ96 ,

 

Is the PDF larger than 5mb? Does compressing the PDF in the program you built it in alleviate the issue? Are you having trouble uploading or opening it in any other programs?
