PI Permission Denied

I shared one of our Constant Contact newsletter on Facebook and Instagram. The FB went through OK. The Instagram did not, and upon checking I noticed there was an "error" indicated. Would you know the reason for that and how it can be corrected? Thank you

Hi @OrlandoH6. Is your Instagram a business profile or a Creator account? A page must be set as a business account in order for posts to go through as we cannot post to personal or Creator accounts. Also is the connected Facebook account an administrator, editor, or moderator for the Facebook page (Instagram accounts are connected through a Facebook login)?

 

You may also want to resync the Instagram page as well to make sure all the permissions are set correctly.
