I have tried so many different sizes and added and subtracted pixels and no matter what, it's clear when I open the file and when I load it to Constant Contact, it's slightly pixelated. Suggestions????
Thank you for bringing your concerns to the community! I know that getting the right image size can be problematic sometimes. If you're uploading an image that's smaller than 800x1100 pixels, then there should be no reason for our system to modify the image at all, so I'm not sure where that extra pixelation woudl be coming from. I do know that some image programs do add their own extra padding around the edges. So if you're uploading something from one of those programs that was 'exactly' 800 pixels wide, it's possible that there are a few extra pixels of padding which our system is detecting. Try uploading something with a bit more space, maybe closer to 775 pixels wide. That should rule out any discrepancies, and let you insert an uncompressed image into your campaigns.
