PNG image not reducing on mobile devices

My png logo (centered) is sized for an email blast. On mobile devices the logo isn't sizing down and is filling the area totally from side to side. Looks awkward. Tried both w and w/o padding. No difference.

Here's some advice on sizing images for optimal mobile and desktop views. Since mobile email apps pull an image's metadata for image sizing, they will generally try to blow an image up as much as they can within the mobile device's mas width. This is standard practice for the industry and mobile emailing in general.
