Para reactivar mi cuenta de 15000 contactos 195 usd

Hola veo que hay un plan de 10,000 contactos por 125 usd, la cuenta que tengo actualmente es por 15000, pero quisiera bajarla a 10,000 para quedarme unicamente con los suscriptores activos, ya que algunos ya no lo estarán, ¿cómo puedo hacer para reactivar con 10,000 contactos?
