Partner Account Campaign Copy Status

There is a tab on the Partner Account dashboard called 'Campaign Copy Status'... what is this for? Can we create campaigns to share across our partner accounts?

That's correct, that option is what you'll use for copying campaigns into child accounts. For more info, I'd recommend checking out this article on the subject, or reaching out Partner support via 1-855-854-8609 or partnersupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com.
