I'm a fan of the Constant Contact reseller portal.
I have a question: How was it built?
I'm pretty certain that somewhere down the line you guys made the decision to build your portal off of the force.com Salesforce platform. Beyond that, how much effort would you guys say you put into building out what we see today as your reseller portal? Was it done in-house, or outsourced?
I'm a fan and want something similar for my healthcare software company.
