Past due balance?

I have a banner on my dashboard indicating I have a past due balance. I have pre-paid for the year. My remaining pre-pay credit is $. Kindly advise.

Hello @ShelburneGCC ,

 

It might have been leftover from when there was one, or it's possible that there was a short delay in processing the prepayment that went beyond the pre-bill date. I'm not seeing the banner in your account, nor are there any billing flags on your account, so you should be good to go. If the banner continues to populate for you, try clearing your browser cache.
